Does ISOflows replace consultants or certification bodies?+
No. ISOflows is project and documentation software that helps your own team implement the standard: weekly plan, guidance, evidence organisation and AI-assisted internal checklists. It is not a consultancy, it does not perform certification audits and it does not issue certificates — that is the role of accredited auditors and certification bodies.
Which ISO standards are available today?+
The main ISO management system standards are already available. If your standard isn't active yet, request it via ‘Notify me’ and we'll unlock it as demand grows.
How long does implementation take?+
It depends on current maturity and company size. The system recommends between 12 and 52 weeks and builds the timetable from your audit date.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Each company has an isolated workspace with access control. Evidence and documents are stored securely and only visible to members you authorise.
How do team invites and roles work?+
The Owner enters a teammate's email and the system generates a code and link. Each member gets one of Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer, with distinct permissions over plan, evidence and settings.
How do AI credits work?+
Every AI-assisted action costs a fixed number of credits (e.g. chat message = 1, guide = 2, template = 3, minutes or weekly review = 3–5, executive report = 5, risk or gap analysis = 5, internal checklist = 10, plan generation = 15). Starter includes 100 credits/mo, Pro 500 and Business is unlimited. Browsing the Gantt, reading already-generated guides, viewing evidence and inviting your team does not spend credits. Extra credit packs can be bought at any time and never expire.
Can we work on several standards at the same time?+
Yes. You can create multiple workspaces or enable more standards in the same workspace; the weekly plan and Gantt reflect every active clause.
How is the suggested daily workload calculated?+
The platform spreads pending activities across the remaining working days (Mon–Fri) until your audit date, showing how many hours per day are needed to be ready on time.
Can I work ahead on future weeks?+
Yes. You can open any week in the plan and submit activities for AI review at your own pace, without waiting for the official start of that week.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel any time from the workspace settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and you can export evidence and reports before then.
