We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ISOflows subscriptions. If, within 30 days of your order, you find the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund of the amount paid in that period.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. To request:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order with the email used at checkout.
- Or email info@isoflows.com with the transaction reference.
Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by Paddle (typically 5–10 business days).
Not eligible
After 30 days, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to prevent the next renewal, but already-started periods are not refunded.
